Fused Glass Workshop
Join me in this 2 hour workshop where you can choose to make a pair of beautiful hanging birds, some coasters or a perhaps a panel. The base glass will be ready for you to assemble so you can concentrate on your design.
If you choose to make a panel it may be helpful to bring along a photo to refer to, or take inspiration from the beautiful countryside outside the barn. There are stunning views out over Rocquaine Bay and also La Longue Rocque, a 3.5 metre ancient monument, in the field outside!
There will be a selection of coloured glass, frit, stringers, confetti, glassline paint and glitter to choose from.
This workshop is suitable for beginners or those who have some experience. I will be there to guide you and show you the techniques needed to achieve your design.
Some sessions may last longer than 2 hours depending on your project. All materials, kiln time, drinks and snacks are included in the cost. Safety equipment is provided, but please wear closed toe shoes in the studio.
I will fire your pieces overnight and they can be collected from the studio or I can post them to you (postage costs apply).
